Why and how is a forum good or bad for an Alliance

Some Pro's

• A good source of info for new players/members.
  
• A fine medium for coordinating battle plans, profit raids/trade
  
• learn about your Alliance and it's goings ons / keep track of detailed information
  
• If there is trouble such as a war on us as an alliance you will learn about it here as well as other things which will affect individual members.

Well, it holds a lot of information that alliance members can refer back to and a lot of fun stuff to do (spam section ).

The only bad thing is the time it takes to make it (my invision forum took a LONG time, but forumotion is a ton simpler and faster), and if the administrator accepts forum applications from an imposter (*cough*Meh Man*cough*), then all that information is given away.

But don't worry, I check IP addresses and everything before I accept forum applications.
